The "refreshing" lemon flavor of Karaage Kun is available at Lawson conbini, the Japanese for convenience store. It is the same price as the regular flavor. There are five bite sized fried chicken balls, much like chicken nuggets, in one pack. They come with a toothpick for eating on the go. They are kept in a warmer in the stores so they are hot when you buy them. The lemon is quite subtle and is a really good match with the succulent chicken. I think this product was once just called 'lemon' flavor, I don't know why or when they added 'refreshing' to the flavor title.

I don't really have anything negative to say about the "refreshing lemon" flavor, except what I say for all Karaage-kun products: its a shame that you can only get them at one particular convenience store chain, Lawson. However, thankfully there are plenty of Lawson around. But if you don't drive and don't have a Lawson store near you, it means that you can only eat them once in a while. Maybe that isn't such a bad thing either, as they can become quite addictive. Other convenience stores have their own range of chicken products.
