Food Truck Shaved Ice: Too Much Ice, Not Enough Flavors

     When we went to see the amazing azalea mountain the other weekend, there were three food trucks in the parking lot and the one that seemed the most interesting was this shaved ice stand. 

That sign on the right? Not actually available flavors. The clothes pinned sheets on the left, where you order? Those you can have, apparently.

      We each picked a flavor, and then had to pick again because the sandwich board sign out front did not reflect the current day's actual options, only viewable in the laminated sheets splashed across the area where you order. 

     We each got medium sized, assuming it would be just enough for each of us. While we all enjoyed our shaved ice treats, the size was much larger than expected and the temperature outside was not high enough to warrant it, so we were all a bit chilly by the end. As much as I love yuzu, I needed a dash more sweetness to this one.

      It could just be that I was still disappointed about the advertising-unavailable-flavors deal. If only they'd been serving peach like I had originally wanted.
