Frozen Rice Burger

Burgers aren't always made with two slices if bread, if you live in Japan. If you're looking for an Asian twist on this western classic, rice burgers have you covered! They don't have to be expensive either, as I have picked one up from the super market for 140yen.

I popped this 130g baby into the microwave with the bag for two minutes, and just like that, the yakiniku beef in between two "slices" of rice were ready to go.

The result? The meat is tasty and I like how the rice is flavoured and sticky. I wish there was more meat, but the rice was delicious enough to make up for it. If I want something better, I can go to Mos Burger, but for the other days I want a cheap quick snack, these will do just well.
