Microwavable Ankake Ramen
When you are craving noodles but are too lazy to head out for ramen (or when it is not yet safe to do so), microwavable frozen ramen comes to save the day!
I tried this ankake ramen. It is about 250 yen each.
You have to microwave the sauce and noodles separately, and it actually takes about 10 mins to make, but still easy nonetheless.
The noodles are thin and chewy, the soup is surprisingly gooey and delicious, I was quite happy with this!
It is light on flavour, and I would recommend you added a bit of rice vinegar to make it even better.
Easy to make, good to eat, definitely will get it again!
