Add Milk to Your Miso Ramen
This is one of my favourite things to do when eating miso ramen at home.
Just go to your fridge, take out your pack of milk, and add just 30-50mL into your miso ramen, regardless if it is instant, packaged or even cup noodles.
In return, balance it out by using just a bit less water than usual.
It adds this delicious creaminess to the soup, and a bit of white or black pepper draws out the miso from the milk even more.
In case you think I went crazy, milk miso ramen IS a thing, particularly some Hokkaido ramen shops, but you can easier do this at home too.
