Mixing Raw Eggs into Noodles

I remember that I was once at a relative's house when I was little, and they made instant noodles for lunch for everyone.

To add protein, they added a raw egg into each bowl. I forgot how good it was, if it was even good, so I tried it again recently.

Mixing in the raw egg into the noodles, it disappears almost immediately.

With the slurps, however, some slurps felt like they were coated with something slimy.

Flavour-wise, the egg was not there at all, so this was more about the texture.

I would definitely recommend you frying the egg or making a soft-boil egg over cracking in a raw one.
