Fermented Lemon Chu-hi by Kirin

It is always impressive how companies continue to find different ways to bring out new lemon chu-hi, a drink that has been around for decades.

Kirin's latest is this fermented lemon chu-hi, priced around 151 yen a can including tax, higher than average.

At 7% alcohol, it uses 10% juice and no artificial sweeteners to keep the drink tasting natural.

The result is a very refreshing drink with a rich sour lemon flavour.

I do not think that this is for everyone, as many and myself included would prefer something sweeter. But this is definitely a great drink for those who prefer the clear refreshing type of lemon chi-hi.
