Martens Blue Beer

Martens Blue Beer is a strange beer. It is not really widely available in Japan. I found it at a regional drugstore chain, and it seems like they have recently stopped selling it, probably due to its poor sales.

I picked one up to try recently because it is a beer, but it is priced cheaper than normal beer being around 138 yen a can. With that said, a can is 330mL, 20 less than the standard 350mL.

The flavour is nice. Crisp and cold, as you would expect from a pilsner. It is just too bad that no one knows or cares about this unknown beer, and it will be difficult for me to find this cheap beer from now on.
