25000 yen Apartment in TOKYO! (There is a Catch)

Living in Tokyo must be expensive, people say.

Generally yes, but if your standards are low, really really low, you could rent one of these apartments for 25000 yen a month. Close to Yamanote Line too!

Just know that they are only one room with no baths. The 25000 yen one does not appear to even have a bathroom so I assumed it is shared.

1000 yen more than you get your own toilet and a sink and some what a kitchen. Either way, you would be paying to go to public bath houses for showers.

Honestly, this is not something I would ever voluntarily choose, but for those needing to live in Tokyo on the tightest budget, these are the solutions I suppose.
