Announcement about New Flight Path

In the mail the other day, I received something that I had never seen before: an announcement from the local district a new flight path that passes by our city.

The double-sided colourful spreads came with a lot of details, including noise level and their approach to things that falls off (people expect things to fall out of planes...?)

It also occurred to me that citizens did not really have any say, and this was just an announcement and not asking us to vote, but I supposed this is important so that citizens do not start worrying when we suddenly start seeing planes flying by regularly.
