Miyazaki Beef Steak!
A while ago, I received some Miyazaki beef from a city-cost contest. I kept it in the freezer for a while until an evening when I decided to reward myself.
This beef was a beauty. The cut was great, and I grilled it up for a couple of minutes on each side.
That was not a good idea because I way overcooked it. However, despite me being a horrible cook, it was still amazingly delicious!
The flavour was great, and it was really soft!
It was also really fat, which over the years in Japan, I have learned that fatty Japanese beef goes really great with rice.
I am really glad that I still have another slice to save for my enjoyment another time!
