Thoughts on Pizza-hut in Japan

Taking advantage of a recent 50% off coupon I found, I ordered pizza-hut for the first time in Japan. I loved it back home, and with the coupon, this was still more expensive than my usual go-to (Domino's), so my expectations were high.

Unfortunately, it was rather disappointing for the 2600 yen Lovers pizza, which is one of their premium items. First, the good is that the cheese was generously put. However, the same cannot be said for the other toppings.

The crust was also thin and flat. It felt like the restaurant did not give it enough time to rise and it was flattened by machine. I might consider giving it a second try someday, but for now, that can wait.
