The Saddest Ramen Ticket Machine

I am so used to walking into a ramen shop and seeing its machine full of options and variations, so seeing this one made me stop, laugh and take a picture before walking.

It does sometimes make sense that some ramen shops only do one type of ramen, and they offer a handful of toppings. But at the same time, there are not small versions of these ticket machines. The result is this funny machine with more empty spots than choices.

To make things worse, it is hard to see it in the picture but most of the topping options were actually not available, probably because they ran out. It was so sad that it was funny.
