Yan Yan Cup - A Nostalgic Fun Snack for Kids

In all honesty, I bought this out of nostalgia because I used to eat these imported Yan Yan Cups back home. 100 yen is cheap for a nostalgic trip.

Opening the cup, you will see a bunch of long biscuit sticks, chocolate cream, and some candies sprinkles.

Well, strictly speaking, the sprinkles are actually just labelled as "toppings", so it might not right to call them candies and something more mysterious instead.

I did not have this when I was young, but they have quizzes printed on the sticks now. This quiz asks about holidays in Japan, with the Q and A both printed on the same stick.

Unfortunately, I dropped the cup and some sticks broke, so certain questions did not really have the answers at the bottom.

The whole dipping thing is fun. Does it taste good? Not really. The chocolate is super cheap tasting. The "toppings" had no flavour. The sticks were good though.

But for kids and for me looking to time travel, this was a fun snack to have.

Games, manga, and ramen. Those three things make up my Tri-force lol.
