Chen Kenichi's Xiao Long Bao

I have tried the Chinese iron chef's other frozen dim sums in the past, but the xiao long bao is probably the one that I have come back to the most.

This microwavable frozen pack is really nice. Just a minute or two in the microwave and you are presented with these soupy gyozas.

The fillings are really juicy, to the point that you should be careful when you bite into them.

A pack of 6 is around 200 yen. They will not fill you up for a meal, but it is a nice side-dish when you want something Chinese. The winner is, Chen Kenichi!
