As the brief description of the product mentioned, the drink has five vitamins (Niacin, B1, B2, B6, and C) and five amino acids (alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, and aspartic acid). This makes it a very attractive energy alternative to products like Monster or Red Bull in the sense that there are actually nutrients in it, even if they are nonessential. The flavour isn’t so bad either. Sure it’s a bit sweet, but it’s not something unexpected considering the existence of drinks like lemon squash and Fanta.

Like lemon squash and Fanta, however, it is sweet enough to be a turn-off for some people. The type of sweetness isn’t at all unique either, with many drinks having a similar flavour profile. It’s also a bit small in portion for what it is. Red Bull has about 30 mg of caffeine in 100mL, and each can of Red Bull is about 255mL. Compare that to Energy Gym, we have a puny 8 mg of caffeine in every 100mL, with a can of Energy Gym being 250mL. This may be a good thing for people sensitive to caffeine, but for anyone with a resistance to caffeine, this drink will just be a sweet refreshment that has cheaper alternatives.
