Costco burger

Our family goes to Costco probably only 4 or 5 times a year. Like most people, we tend to buy things we don't need for the novelty of it but that is quite ok. That is almost the whole point of us going. Mind you I do pick up things that we would wind up buying somewhere else or the things we can't really get anywhere else, but we do overspend. I'm sure if we weren't so keen to always stay within budget, our Costco trips would be closer to once a month. That would also mean more times eating deliciously not got for you pizza and ice cream. Because that is also one of the temptations of Costco that lures us in every few months or so. This time was no different. My son even calls Costco the pizza house. However this time it wasn't pizza that we got. Well, he did. What we got was a hamburger. 

The look of it was outstanding. Picture perfect burger. The taste... According to my husband, just ok. Sorta expected for a burger from Costco. But honestly, I liked it. That means it probably is just an average burger. It was dry and felt fully cooked. These are two perks in my book, but not in most of the meat-eating community's. It also had all the trimmings. The more vegetables the more I love something. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but it is still a good choice for lunch if you happen to be at Costco.
