Kikkoman Soy Milk Soda flavor

The current seasonal flavor for Kikkoman's soy milk is soda. I was really skeptical with this one because soy milk to me should be creamy and soda should be sort of sour sweet. I think if I had tried this the usual, from the fridge with a straw way, it wouldn't have passed my taste test for further purchase. But , I did like it recommended and stuck it in my freezer the night before we headed out to the river. By the time I got around to drinking it, it was in that perfect slushy phase. This made the drink amazing.There was a very distinct soda flavor, similar to ramune, but also it tasted strongly of apple juice to me. The soy part was very mild, making my slushy a delightful treat.

I won't be drinking this one without freezing it though. I also don't think I will have it after the season is over. Probably a good thing this is limited only to this summer.
