Among all the strawberry-flavored treats on convenience store shelves at the moment, this Ghana Pink chocolate is a fun one to try. It's a white chocolate base with strawberry powder mixed into it, which is what provides the pink hue. The fruity flavor gives off a nice sweet-yet-sour taste, and the size of the block is decent, too. You could always melt this down, too, if you're the kind of person who makes DIY Valentine's Day sweets, and put it into cuter molds for gifting (e.g. heart-shaped or other cute themes). Overall, I thought this was a fun one to be released at this time of year!

Because this is white chocolate, it is quite sweet -- the strawberry flavor does a good job of adding some tartness to the mix, but if you prefer less sweet chocolates then this one is probably better left on the shelf. That point aside, I really liked this, and as I mentioned above I do think it would be super cute melted down and added to cute Valentine's themed chocolate molds -- although it's 100% delish just on its own. I think most convenience stores will stock this but I found mine at 7-11. Hope you enjoy it if you end up trying it!
