I really liked how this dessert was presented, first of all. If the saying "we eat with our eyes" rings true, this tiramisu definitely wins points for how pretty it looks! The overall taste and texture of this was wonderful, too. It apparently uses Hokkaido mascarpone in it, and I do think it had a rich and indulgent taste -- the ingredients all felt like good quality, so I was impressed in that regard. It's also a nice size for an individual serving -- I like these single portion dessert cups so that I can have my little indulgence without overdoing it. These are perfect for that!

Price wise, this is a little higher than I would have expected. I do think the quality was good, but as a comparison Lawson recently had a tiramisu product which was priced at 255 yen including tax. The Lawson product also used Hokkaido mascarpone, so I don't know where the extra price hike with this Family Mart product came in. I do think this product was presented more aesthetically, so maybe it's that! Other than that price critique, I thought this was a delicious product and if you love tiramisu like I do I'm sure you'll enjoy it as well. Give it a try if you see it at your local Family Mart!
