Mint chocolate ice cream choux pastry

Choc mint is without a doubt one of my favorite flavors , so I was happy to see this recently. It’s a choc mint choux ice cream pastry! I see quite a lot of choux pastry desserts here but they’re usually custard filled. I’m not opposed to custard - I love it, honestly - but I felt like ice cream was a fun upgrade!

From all outward appearances when you open the packet it honestly just looks like a regular chocolate topped choux cream pastry.

Cut it open though and you’ll discover a decent amount of choc mint ice cream inside. Definitely not as “green” as the packaging would have you believe, but taste wise it was delicious! Would recommend it if you’re a choc mint fan and see this near you.
