Like the regular cheesecake version, I appreciated that this product had a reasonable portion size. Often, I get a craving for cheesecake, but I don't necessarily need an entire giant slice -- and this product is perfect for kicking the craving without going overboard. I liked how pretty the design on the cheesecake was -- the strawberry color was nice and vibrant, and it just had a photogenic appeal to it. I think the price is fairly reasonable too -- it's not a huge piece of cheesecake, but for only 158 yen including tax I didn't feel it was outrageous.

Because the packaging is Moomin themed, I think some folks might expect that the actual product itself will have some kind of Moomin theme, but it doesn't. As long as you go into it aware of that, then there's no worries. Other than that, no real complaints about this -- I liked the fresh, strawberry flavor, and the reasonable portion size. If I had to choose just one of the two cheesecake offerings in this range, I'd pick this one as I felt it had more depth to it than the New York cheesecake did...and I guess because of how it was presented it felt like better value for money.
