Blue Seal’s Mint Chocolate offering

When we lived in Tokyo for several years, we were conveniently located to a Blue Seal Store (in Fussa). For those of you that don’t know, Blue Seal is an ice cream store that you’ll predominantly find in Okinawa. They offer some unique regional flavors like Chinsuko (Okinawan salt cookie) and purple sweet potato, but one of my favorites is their choc mint offering.

You can bet that I was thrilled when my husband saw this at our local 7-11 recently and brought it home for me!

I occasionally see Blue Seal products in stores, but this was my first time enjoying their mint chocolate ice cream outside a designated Blue Seal store.

Delicious, as expected!
