The description
Marketed as a part of intensive moisturizing range, Intensive Moisture Cream is said to hydrate dry skin and prevent dry patches with Ceramide functioning ingredient and Eucalyptus extract. You get 90g of cream in one pot.
The good
This moisturizer has been a life saver this winter. Until now whichever moisturizer I would use I'd experience some skin dryness towards the end of the day. The cold winter air, combined with reduction in amount of daily water consumption and continuous use of a room heater only adds to the problem. This moisturizing cream glides onto your skin easily. I'd recommend applying it right after you have taken a shower or washed your face so your skin is still damp. It'll make your skin feel plump and extremely hydrated the whole day. It is worth the price.
The not so good
The consistency of the moisturizing cream is a bit thick. It feels heavy on the skin when first applied, like a balm. But after rubbing it in it does get absorbed easily into the skin. I'd use it as a moisturizer for my body but it feels quite dense on the face. Given the great results I'll look forward to trying their "Curél Intensive Moisture Care Face Cream" which is specifically developed for use on the face when this pot runs out. The face cream was more expensive (¥1,925) and lesser in quantity (40g) when compared to the one the one I bought.
Born in India and raised in the UAE surrounded by a kaleidoscope of cultures, recently, I packed my bags (and my love for shawarma!) and moved to Japan with the love of my life, embarking on a journey full of new adventures, flavors, and discoveries.
Food is my universal language, and exploring different cuisines is how I connect with the world. Whether it’s savoring a bowl of ramen in a bustling Tokyo alleyway or reminiscing over the taste of homemade pulav, I believe every bite tells a story. To me, food and culture are the ultimate bridges between people, showing us that deep down, we’re all the same.
Through this blog, I hope to share my journey of blending Middle Eastern memories, Indian roots, and Japanese adventures—all served with a side of good vibes and even better food.
