7/11 - Steamed Cheesecake

I am always browsing through the different kobinis pastries, trying to find the best of the best. I think 7/11's premium pastries have to be one of the bests in my opinion. 

And I think I found my favorite new pastry.... the new Steamed Cheesecake!!!! I am a fan of Japanese styled fluffy light cheesecake, versus America's heavy, dense, rich cheesecake. 

The first bite was so soft and fulfilling. The steamed cheesecake has the right amount of sweetness and moisture to it. It is not too sweet or lacking sweetness and it is not too dry. I finished it in a matter of seconds. It was gone right before my eyes could blink. 

What I noticed about this product is that it may not be offered at every 7/11. I've checked several locations at different times to see if it was sold out or not, but some locations just don't offer this wonderful pastry. I am not sure why, but I highly recommend you trying it if you see it! It is definitely my favorite thing to get at 7/11 (besides the Apple Pie - which I will talk about next time).
