It's been a while since I've visited Nagoya, but I think the points that ToneToEdo made are important. Relaxation is different for everyone, but the prefectural tourism sites are my go-to any time I'm visiting somewhere new and looking for things to do. They're usually very clearly laid out and broken off into sections covering themed things to do, like nature, culture, and so forth.

I'm curious about Nogoya City and I passed through briefly when visiting Kansai. I regret not spending more time there. It depends what type of places you enjoy that help you "unwind". Have you seen Visit Nagoya? https://www.nagoya-info.jp/en/

Hi! Its been a while since I was in Nagoya, but if you use the search function on City-cost you will find several reviews for places in the city. :)

Golden Week 2025 plans?

This year's Golden Week gives us Tuesday, April 29th, and then potentially a four-day weekend from May 3rd to 6th. How are you intending to spend the break? Will you travel, "staycation", or dare I ask, work through it?

What is your favorite cherry blossom and flower combination?

What is your favorite "cherry blossom x " scene? Yesterday, I shared a photo of cherry blossoms with baby blue eyes and today, one of cherry blossoms, tulips and viola. I will also be sharing canola, hanadaikon, Torii etc. I'm just curious, what is your favorite combination?

Hi. I just wrote a post and when I went to publish it I got an error message. Then I went to report it on the form page that comes up when you click on report error and I got a "dog ate my page" response. Anyone else experiencing technical problems with the site right now? The photo is just for visibility!
