Ota Tea Store ((有) 太田茶店)

Located in the mountains of western Shizuoka Prefecture Mori-machi is blessed with the perfect environment for growing tea with a climate reflecting the four seasons, rich soil, and river mist all lending themselves to the area’s tea cultivation.

The large red kyusu (teapot) that sits outside our shop is a symbol of Ota Tea Store, and inside, in a comfortable and spacious interior, an iron kiln is used to keep the hot water flowing ready for you to taste and compare your green tea purchases.  

Please stop by and enjoy a pleasant, relaxing time surrounded by the nature of Mori-machi.
