EATable bake&deli

from the restaurant

We sell our baked goods like scones and muffins - made using soy milk, sunflower oil, and soy butter instead of egg, milk, and butter, to help those with allergies - and dishes made with seasonal ingredients at the restaurant and at farmers markets.

To source ingredients we go to the farmers' fields ourselves to see and touch directly those ingredients that meet our needs.

We care about the relationship between people and ingredients, and are particular about using ingredients from Shizuoka Prefecture, to deliver food that is kind to the body.

Muffins, scones, and cakes made using Japanese “wakocha” black tea, and rice flour bread made with Japanese “houjicha” green tea, are among the snacks and dishes that can only be eaten with us and are particularly recommended.
