Our Japanese restaurant Nakaya is located beside the Tenhama Line, in the peaceful and green surrounds of Toyooka Village. The restaurant has been in the family for three generations.
With a focus on local foods, we offer creative dishes of exquisite taste based on the basic principles of Japanese cuisine.
After time spent honing their craft at distinguished restaurants in the cities of Yaizu, Osaka, and Kyoto, the third generation of the family returned eight years ago to work side-by-side with the second generation.
Focusing on seasonal local ingredients, together we warmly welcome diners to come and enjoy a sense of the seasons.
We are also sake specialists certified by the Sake Service Institute (SSI).
