Notice regarding points exchanges

Thank you for your continued support and activity within the City-Cost community in 2024. 

In regards to processing requests to exchange City-Cost points in December 2024, please pay attention to the following notice ahead of the winter holidays / New Year period: 

Requests to exchange points for December will be reviewed for processing a little earlier - starting from Dec. 23 (Monday). 

As a result, points exchange requests submitted after Dec. 22 (Sunday) may be considered as part of the requests for January, in which case they will be reviewed according to the regular schedule from the 25th of that month - January 2025. 

*Please be assured that points exchange requests not processed in December will be reviewed for processing in January.
