I've noticed a few more bagel shops popping up here in Niigata over recent years, and Toriaezu Bagel is one of them. They stock a variety of different bagel flavors, including savory options like smoked bacon, cheese, and pepper, or sweet ones like chocolate and nuts. The bagel consistency is perfectly chewy and delicious! The downside is their limited opening hours (only open on Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat from 14:00-18:30), so just keep that in mind if you plan on stopping by. A small amount of parking (4 spaces) on-site.
