A must visit
There is nowhere else quite like the Kadokawa Culture Museum in Saitama Prefecture. Apart from the stunning, mind blowing architecture, what the museum has to offer insures there is always a reason to visit "Kadcul". The museum has various different galleries and museums and, pièce de résistance, the bookshelf theater. Right now in August 2022 there is a fully immersive Van Gogh exhibition and a Thomas the Tank Engine Adventure exhibition to name but a few. The water feature outside can be used as a paddling pool in summer too.

Worth visiting for a number of reasons
If you like architecture or the arts, I think the Kadokawa Culture Museum in Saitama is well worth visiting. The building itself is the work of Kengo Kuma, and I always enjoy seeing his unique approach to design. Inside, there's so much to see and do, but from an aesthetic point of view I have to recommend the Bookshelf Theater. It has been all over social media ever since the museum opened, and with good reason -- it's so photogenic! Prices differ depending on what you're checking out, I recommend visiting their website before you stop by to see what interests you.

AMAZING ARCHITECTURE!!!!!
The architect Kengo Kuma does not dissapoint! This is a very unique museum. The design is really unique, this museum is made out of 40 meter graphite stone. Inside is a library, a museum and also a cafe. A day trip from Tokyo is really worth it. I had a lot of fun especially inside the bookshelf theater! There was an amazing 8 meter bookshelf inside the museum and this really looks amazing. There is also an art exhibition and a manga library!I will come again for sure especially in the evening area to also check out the Team Lab just across it!
