Mellow is a by-appointment eyelash extension store in Niigata City, and they're open daily (obviously reservation-specific) from 9.30am until 7pm, so you've got a pretty wide window for booking. It's easy to book online via HotPepper, and the store itself is very clean and their work is meticulous. I don't get lash extensions all that often, but the couple of times I've been here have been really great experiences.
