Ochamoto Kochoan in Nagano is a pleasant place to visit if you enjoy tea-based sweets. They have a variety of them on offer, including matcha kakigori, matcha parfaits, and even matcha Mont Blancs. They do also serve up a number of main dishes if you want something more substantial, but I can only speak for the sweets as I didn't get a main dish. I did think the green tea soba noodles looked good, though!
