Tsukushi is a mom and pop-style bakery in Niigata's Nishi Ward, run by a super friendly married couple. They've got a good lineup of items with both sweet and savory options available, and one thing I love that they do here is write the estimated bake time of certain items on board, so you can stop in and see what's about to come fresh out of the oven! Nice vibes and quality products, I'd visit again!
