Great choice of fashion jewelry
Tamaya Kawagoe is located on Ichibangai (the principal street) in the old storehouse district. Tamaya translates to bead shop, and they do sell beads, but its mainly a jewelry store. They have a great choice of costume / fashion jewelry. Its a little on the expensive side, but not much.
