Hub Echigo Beer Pub

A spot for your fish and chips fix

Hub is a fairly well known pub chain among expats in Japan, and it's a spot where you can get certain foodie tastes of home. It's one of the only places in Niigata City I know of that offers fish and chips, and it hits the craving for it well enough -- even if the chips are more like potato wedges. Loads of beer options too if you're after a drink. The location is extremely convenient since it's within the Cocolo shopping complex at Niigata Station, so it's a spot where you can kill some time and grab a bite to eat while you're waiting on a train.
