The Sekichu in Higashimatsuayama is convenient because it has a few different shops in it, including a Lopia supermarket. They have a good selection of flowers and plants, but not as much as the nearest Cainz. However, its a popular spot. But it has a large parking area so its usually possible to get a parking spot.
