Cafe Pascucci is an Italian coffee chain with a handful of branches in Japan, and this one in Kojimachi is convenient if you're visiting the Imperial Palace as it's just a short walk from there. They have a good lineup of coffees, teas, and fruit-based drinks, plus some seasonal/limited time drink options like you'd expect from Starbucks and Tully's. Food-wise there's a bit to pick from as well, including panini sandwiches and Italian desserts.
