If you find yourself in need of a few dry clothes after an unexpected dip in the Pacific Ocean, Avail is a good place to pick up a few cheap clothes! They have an adults and children's section and they also sell accessories and shoes. Surprisingly, they didn't have any flip flops, that I saw anyway, but it is passed the official beach period in Japan. This branch is located near several beaches and ports as well as near the south east end of Lake Kitaura, in Kamisu city. However, it closes at 7 pm.
