Quite and fashionable restaurant

https://www.brookcompany.net/ The restaurant is a bit difficult to​ ​reach​ ​without​ ​a​ ​car.​ ​However​, ​it​ ​is​ ​possible​ ​to​ ​get​ ​there​ ​on​ ​foot from​ ​san​mae​​bashi​ ​station,​ ​or​ ​perhaps​ ​after​ ​a​ ​hike​ ​in​ ​the​ ​low​ ​mountains​ ​where​ ​it​ ​is​ ​situated. The​ ​staff​ ​were​ ​nice,​ ​but​ ​don't ​speak​ ​any​ ​English​ ​and​ ​seemed​ ​rather​ ​timid​ ​to​ ​be​ ​speaking​ ​with​ ​a foreigner.​ ​The​ ​main​ ​entrees​ ​are​ ​loosely​ ​Thai​ ​based​ ​however​ ​it​ ​is​ ​like​ ​a​ ​Japanese​ ​take​ ​on​ ​Thai food.​ ​It​ ​was​ ​really​ ​delicious,​ ​however, ​I ​was​ ​a​ ​bit​ ​put​ ​off​ ​by​ ​the​ ​fish.​ ​I'm​ ​not​ ​sure​ ​if​ ​you​ ​are supposed​ ​to​ ​eat​ ​them​ ​whole,​ ​bones and​ ​all, but​ ​they​ ​were​ ​very​ ​small​ ​and​ ​i​ ​de​ ​boned​ ​them anyway.​ ​Everything​ ​else​ ​was​ ​phenomenal.​ ​The​ ​freshly​ ​baked​ ​bread​ ​and​ ​the​ ​mint​ ​infused​ ​water were​ ​my​ ​favorite​ ​parts​ ​of​ ​the​ ​meal.​ ​The​ ​atmosphere​ ​is​ ​calm​ ​and​ ​pleasant.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​a​ ​lovely​ ​place​ ​to enjoy​ ​a​ ​quiet​ ​meal​ ​alone. I would like to go again, but not order that type of fish.
