Takasaka ENT (Ears, nose and throat) clinic is an old school type clinic - very efficient, but not the type of place you talk over symptoms. And they've no website! The doctor 'diagnosed' me with grass (kusa) allergies from just a couple of questions and a quick look in my ears, nose and throat. The meds he gave me are working a charm though, and I appreciated being in and out in an hour even though the place was really busy.
