Nigoume

Nigoume is located slightly off the main tourist route people use when visiting Kawagoe, but was still very busy. Turns out its instafamous. My daughter just chose it after noticing the very enticing menu posted outside. She chose a crepe designed like a hedgehog. I helped her eat it. It was very good and certainly looked the part, but I don't think it was worth 999 yen. I had misread the menu and thought it was 800 yen, which I thought was expensive enough, but honestly, I wouldn't have gone in if I'd realized it was 999 yen! Its upstairs, there's only two tables for two and a few counter seats. No parking and currently the toilet is out of order. There is a hand sink for washing hands though.
