Rustic Design with a Beautiful View

One of the things I love about Hokkaido is the food, especially its dairy products! That’s why, when I saw the Cheesecake in Kitchen Hitosaji’s menu, I knew what I wanted to get. So, my husband and I bought got Cheesecake and milk. After that my husband also ordered coffee. My husband is quite picky when it comes to coffee, but he said that he really likes the coffee in Kitchen Hitosaji. On the other hand, he said that the cheesecake was okay. For me, it was good and I liked that it was sprinkled with a little bit of rock salt. It counterbalances the sweetness of the Cheesecake. But, the one thing that I loved about this place is the view and its aesthetic. It gives you a very rustic vibe, making you feel cozy. You can also eat outside which was quite relaxing, especially when there’s a gentle breeze blowing.
