This is a small branch of the ice-cream chain store known as 31 Ice-cream in Japan and Baskin Robbins or BR abroad. Like all branches it offers seasonal flavors and has collaborations at different times of the year. Right now they have a collaboration with Mario Brothers and separately with Sumikkogurashi (pictured). There are only four small tables indoors, so expect to have to 'take-out'. Very nice staff in this branch.
