    Relaxed vibe

I do think that the previous review has some good points, that the Apita mall here has some issues with turnover and an uncertainty about whether to appeal to young folks or older patrons with the offering of stores. In saying that, I always find shopping here to be a relaxing experience. The parking situation is good (that always lowers the stress levels) and I think it's a one-stop shop for a variety of products.

  • Middle of the Road Sort of Mall

Interesting mishmash of stores represented at this mall, with some tentpole chain stores like Starbucks and KFC represented, but the mall struggles from a high turnover of certain store locations that can't seem to hold either a ramen bar, an accessory vendor, or any other sort of store that has come and gone. The second floor of the mall outside the food court seems nearly forgotten, the realm of seasonally necessary goods like school uniforms or the new worker's black suit/skirt + blazer combination that appears every April and May. The mall can't seem to decide if it wants to embrace younger customers or rely on the aging population as its consumer base, and the lack of a unifying voice detracts from the overall shopping experience. I frequent the mall due to ease of access, but it would be nice to see the mall make a change for the better.
