Central community hall

First, the good. Keyaki no Hall, the central community center houses Noda City's main library. It's spacious, has audio-visual corners for watching videos and listening to CDs, and desks with power points to plug in your devices. Free Wi-Fi access is available at the librarian's desk, no library card necessary. The building also houses the Lifelong Learning Center and Chamber of Commerce. You can get municipal paperwork done at the city's branch office located here. The sad is that the facilities are dated, the cafe is closed, and there is no international association desk. It's central and a good spot to read and study.
