Amutotsumugu is a modern-feeling cafe with a trendy, exposed concrete exterior. Inside, there are a number of tables along with single-seater counter spots, and the menu has a variety of drink options (coffees, teas) along with sweets and some savory toast options like Croque Monsieur and Croque Madame. The cafe is only about 7 minutes drive from Niigata Station, or about 20 minutes on foot if you're feeling energetic.
