Shikisai no Oka

The most scenic flower field in Japan!

Ever since I’ve seen a picture of Shikisai no Oka in Instagram, I wanted to visit it because of its impressive and colorful landscape. When I got there, it didn’t not disappoint. The way the people of this farm designed it was impressive. In addition, you could easily see the colorful flower fields without going on a high place (e.g. a tower) because part of the flower field is planted on a hill. You can just view it wherever you are standing in that farm. Aside from the flower field, Shikisai no Oka also sells some lavender flavored ice cream. In my opinion, it tastes better than the one in Farm Tomita.
