Cosmos Fukiage Kan

Not to be confused with the other one!

There is a Cosmos Fukiage center that is famous for its cosmos flowers (among other flowers) and a Cosmos Fukiage Learning Center which is beside the Fukiage branch of the City Hall. This is the latter! Its a small 'learning' center with a hall and several small rooms. At this time of year only they have Hina dolls displays. It is one of the official 'satellite sites' of the excellent Konosu Surprising Dolls Festival. However, having visited all of the satellite sites, in my opinion, this is the least impressive (its very small) and not worth going out of your way to see.
